A full session typically runs 45–60 minutes. The recipient lies clothed on a table. Center yourself, draw Cho Ku Rei over the room, and move through hand positions head-to-toe — about 3–5 minutes per position.
Close by smoothing the aura from head to feet and grounding the recipient before they sit up.
